Japan Asset Marketing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") is under protection measures to safely manage personal information and prevent from leakage, destruction or damage of personal information with appointing the following individual as a manager in regard to personal information.

2.Disclosure of personal information to third parties

The Company shall not provide personal information to a third party except the cases listed below.

(1) Customer information regarding transaction, leasing, brokerage and management of real estate.

Purpose of provision For providing information to the person written on 「Types and attributes of the organization of the person receiving the provision」regarding contract notices, price assessments, property registrations, real estate transactions and other related businesses.

  • (5)In the case of a necessity to cooperate with a national institution, a local public entity or a person who has been commissioned to carry out the clerical work stipulated by law and when there is possibility to interfere with the execution of the business by obtaining the consent of the individual.

3.Consignment of the handling of personal information

The Company shall outsource a part of business to provide better service to the customers and personal information may be entrusted to subcontractors. In this case, the Company shall select the contractors who are authorized to handle personal information appropriately, and supervise them to properly manage personal information to prevent the leakage of personal information by legal contract.

4.Request regarding personal information disclosure

The customer may request regarding the disclosure of his/her personal information to the Company (notification of the purpose of use, disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use or deletion, and suspension of provision to a third party). In the case of request, the Company shall respond within a reasonable period of time upon identifying the inquirer. The personal information entrusted by the business partner does not correspond to the retained personal data, but if there are any special instructions from the business partner, the instructions shall be followed.

5.The voluntariness of provision of personal information

It is up to customers’ discretion to provide the Company with the personal information. However, the service may not be provided properly in the case that the necessary personal information is not provided.

6.Acquisition of information by method that the customer cannot recognize easily

Cookies are intended for convenience when visiting the Company’s website, not to violate the privacy of customers, nor to adversely affect the computer. In addition, the Company is using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) data encryption system for the website where personal information is entered and also have taken measures such as installing a firewall to protect the information upon the site. However, please note beforehand that due to the nature of Internet communication, complete security is not guaranteed.

7.Authorized organizations for personal information protection

The Company has not joined any authorized personal information protection organizations.
